PS. I also looked into the electrofluorescent material and I am still interested since I have additional scopes which require a light-box.
There were a number of sellers on eBay and based in the Caribbean selling them at attractive prices. However, they all seem to have disappeared.
If someone is aware of a good source with attractive pricing, please let me know. I am desperate for one involving my Mewlon 210 and my forthcoming AP305 Mak-Cass. For the Tak FSQ, I can use my existing light-box for the AP160.

Anthony,
Please tell me what the voltage requirements are for your light box. I may be able to help you use it from 12v.
My only gripe is my inability to power the light-box with a 12v DC power source.

Hi Dave,
I use a 9-volt battery right now. I have 12v batteries (from LIDL) and which include a receptable and cable for 9-volt operation. However I do not know how to connect the existing leads which now go into the top of the nine-volt battery to the cable for the LIDL battery for power.
I think there is also the issue of polarity and which I do not know how to measure so as to know which way to go. As you can see, I am a COMPLETE ignoramus when it comes to eletronics.
To add insult to injury, I have yet to hook up my Robofocus unit to my FSQ for the simple reason it expects 110v and I do not know how to get it to work with DC power. Last week I bought a 12v DC AC adapter from eBay (ie. China) which hopefully will allow me to get started.
Anyway, I very much appreciate your offer!
Anthony.
