Yes, they are single exposures. Or, to be exact, it is obtained from a single 2000 frame video which images the disc and the proms simultaneously. I typically capture the videos at 60fps, unless there is some high haze or the sun is really low over the horizon where the air mass diminishes the apparent brightness of the image.
