super shot Carl, the detail and faintest star mags in there are great.
Given that, the central star is rather faint, is this from the combination of filters you used ?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply. Binning the camera @2X2 allows me to get down to around magnitude 17/18/19 on a good night with the C14@F5. I'm not to sure to be honest It could be the H-Alpha filter been just 6nm-could be the processing could need some luminance mixed in with the H-Alpha. This is the thing about astrophotography find one answer you get 20 more questions one just has to keep finding the the right solutions for that problem.

Thanks for the comments lads. This was a fun project to undertake one thing I found out imaging with the C14 is that the collimation must be spot on every time. I also finished collecting loads of data on M33 I’ll post when I have it processed.
