John - if you want a copy of the side you're missing, I can get that to you. PM your address and let me know the first Z number you have (it'll either be Z001 or Z145).

here is the first Beta Version of Astrometrica which works with the new UCAC 3 catalogue:

Unzip this file, and rpelace the Astromeztrica.exe file of your current installation.
In that version, I have not made any attempts to exclude any of the reference stars based on the flags provided, or by any other means - the data is taken from the UCAC 3 as is. Also, no corrections for the magnitudes have been applied. (The magnitudes seem to come out a bit faint that way, though.)
I would be glad to hear of any expiriences with that catalogue.
