Here's a sketch I did through 70mm binoculars, which should give a pretty similar view to a 60mm telescope:

you can actually see it with your unaided eye in the Sword. So, as was pointed out, your 60mm will make it appear bigger alright, but not give you loads of detail. Saying that, it is still a nice impresive sight (for its size) in a 70mm refractor (e.g. the Skylux).
