Ronan and Darragh, you got a nice pair of images there. I was clouded out till aroun d 01:30hrs, but by then there was nothing for me to see. I did observe it after that time through clouds. Travelling home from my brother in law's house through the countryside, I actually had to make TWO detours due to blocked/flooded roads (even with a jeep). Skies got slightly better after 02:20hrs, but I still would not have stayed out observing under them.

Hi all,
Awful weather up North on Saturday, rain, rain etc. However the skies cleared around 11:30pm, so saw the end of the eclipse. No colour observed but there was a definite darkness around the Southern limb. Only used my ETX70 and observing from my apartment balcony with security lights everywhere, so didn't see Neptune!! Moon was extremely bright, casting lovely reflections on Belfast Lough.
