Rather surprised myself......as to good how they turned out...

Then I tried these photographs on the way home to waterford from dublin last night...... a few miles north of castledermot, much darker skies... and alot less hassle (despite the trucks)!!!

Great images lads.
I had a look at it that night, we didn't have cloud for a change.!
The earthshine was very obvious, a nice apparition.
