Your target for entry into December's competition will be on Orion, Constellation or Objects. Images previously entered into an Orion-themed astrophotography competition on these IFAS boards are NOT allowed i.e. some new images MUST have been taken in the time since!
Closing Date: Monday December 31st.
Entries are to be sent to photo_competition@irishastronomy.org and should be hosted off-site, and linked to that provider. If in doubt regarding what to do, please read the Rules & Guidelines .
PLEASE make all images no larger than 800 pixels in width. Those that are larger will be requested to be made smaller, or failure to reply will result in omission from the competition. Some people have missed this bit in last month's competition
Clear Skies & Good Luck!
Seanie Morris.

WEIRD.
Orion was the 1st constellation i ever knew by name and sight (i love it dearly). I joined here when it is so proudly gracing our skies and the competition is about it.
I'm looking forward to the entries on this one.

I sent my entry.... if anything it'll give whoevers sorting them a laugh
In no way was it anything like the others I've seen here, actually it's even got things that don't exist in our skies
