I'm hoping the paypal button will be a better earner than the google ads. If things work out like that I'll be putting a motion to the committee to consider the google experiment a failure.

That is the jist of it for now, so you too, of course, will still be involved! I too am against Google Ads! But, having given the background that they can be customisable to sui the webpage it is on (colours etc), then the motion was presented and passed by majority.

the fact that it's a trial rather than a permanent commitment seems fair. Be interesting to see how much (or as I fear) little we get from the ads.
