I just got an email saying high chance of geomagnetic storm night and best of all its to be clear! Its not over yet by a long shot! just lets hope its a direct hit! Martin and i also did watch last night until 2am even tho i had school, were gonna do another one tonight! So keep a close eye on the activity! clear skies

Just checked the weather forecast - broken clouds and clear skies ... so hopefully, clear skies will prevail.

Where are we on the suns high/low cycle. :?: (every 11 years I believe)

Yes , very dedicated....just checked NOAA website ,says there is a G1 storm (minor) in progress The geomagnetic field is expected to be at unsettled to minor storm levels on 16 May. On 17 May, a possible glancing blow from the 14 May CME along with a recurrent coronal hole high speed stream are expected to become geoeffective causing unsettled to active conditions. Quiet to unsettled conditions are expected on 18 May.Clear here as well.
