Well done Carl!!!

Thanks for the gear and pics yesterday and hope the Star-B-Que was a great evening.

Caught the "We love the Sky at Night" programme earlier ... a nice appreciation of Sir Patrick. Must watch the main episode later (after Match of the Day as well of course!!!)

Would love to see more of the Sky at Night Party pics up on the IFAS site.

All the best,

John

Yea there must be a pic of Terry Mosley and a 'cheeky girl' someplace!

Here's a few more which aren't on the AI site. I've kept then lo-res and small file size to save on download times

No cheeky girl but our own 'Cheeky Boy' Terry Moseley makes a presentation to Sir Patrick.

Astronaut Piers Sellars poses with Heather Couper.

Dave Grennan congratulates Sir Patrick on 50 years of .The Sky at Night'.

Carl O'Beirnes shakes the hand of a man who has probably inspired us all over the years.

"The Planet Boys" Carl O'Beirnes meets Dave Tyler (left) and Damian Peach.

Dr.Chris Lintott looks slightly bemused!

"What do you mean, we have to do it all over again?" Series Producer Jane Fletcher spells it out to the main man.

Dave Grennan and Ray Doyle pose after chatting with Shuttle and ISS Astronaut Piers Sellars.

What a day! Thats one I won't forget for quite some time!

Dave.

Yes it will probably later in the week. There are also repeats on BBC4 (if you have satellite tv) tomorrow evening at 7:00pm and 11:25pm and 2:55am Tuesday morning.
