Hi All,
I was looking at scopecity.com and came across manual altaz versions of the ETX scopes
www.scopecity.com/category/brand/brand_5...1BD6BB25976429FA8160

www.scopecity.com/collection/collection_...1BD6BB25976429FA8160

They're obviously not computerised but it is ETX related, and they are cheaper then the normal ETXs as they are classified as spotter scopes!

Hi All,
Maybe other know this already but I just found out how to reduce the speed of the scrolling text on the ETX70 controller.
Hold down the downwards arrow, right of the speed button !!
You can also speed up the text speed by holding down the up arrrow on the left of the speed button.

I didnt see this in the instructions when I glanced at them all those weeks ago.
This makes the display infinitely more readable.
