I hope so too, I just purchased a 10" dob yesterday. and need to give it a run... It's sitting in my kitchen looking all purdy...it's a bit like having a new car outside the door, but having no petrol to go for a test drive :shock:

I got a new C8N-GT on wednesday and last night was the first "petrol" delivery.

It's a conspiracy I tells ya...a conspiracy. So many new scopes. I could count on the suckers of one tentacle - how many clear nights there was so far this winter

For the sake of their fellow astronomers I hope that John and dmolloy have the decency to leave their scopes indoors for at least a week to appease the cloud gods. :lol:
