I havnt been able to check as in look out at the times provided by A.IRE to see if the ISS is visible or not....anybody shed some light on this :!:

Uh, wha?....
I didn't really get what you were saying in your post
so I had a wee look at the Astronomy Ireland site (ISS PAGE)
and I have to say I am totally impressed to see he
he is charging only one euro a day to receive daily predictions of ISS and Shuttle!
What outstanding value for money!
 Just out of curiosity,
He states on his website
'Each text costs €1 and only one will be sent per day.'
Do you get one euro texts from him to tell you there are no passes also?
Cuz that would be sooo worth it too don't you think?
(Although You could just go to www.heavens-above.com its there for free)

I haven't signed up - the information is freely available on heavens-above so no need to pay a 1 euro fee. Other than having the benefit of receiving a reminder text, I'm not sure what the 1 euro fee is for.
Save yourself a bundle and keep an eye on the boards here and bookmark Heavens-above...
Also, off-topic, some may have heard David Moore stating on RTE radio 1 that the upcoming lunar eclipse is the last one visible from Ireland for the next 8 years - not so. There is an eclipse in December 2010 that will be visible throughout Ireland.
