Wow Thank you for your kind words everyone I did not expect such a response. The Interviews are on going one must find the right person to keep the momentum going. As for setting up a shop I find anyone trying to set up a small Business in this country just ends up getting screwed by our government before It has a chance to get up off the ground, all our government wants money and more money. Plus I can't see the banks giving out loans for a Telescope shop. May be if I win the lotto I'll open one then. One thing I do know Astronomy is big Business in this country If you could get the financial backing then you might have a chance of getting one up and running

Thanks Again

Carl.

Carl.
I'm pretty sure you of all people know the power of
trust when it comes to sales.
Also, likeability and knowledge is a huge factor.
The fact that you don't have a bricks and mortar shop
is secondary.

Like all success story's - the founders of businesses that
became very successful started small.
IKEA, Microsoft to name but two!

What else would you need but a website
and a good reputation to get started...
shur...your half way there!

I agree with Frank as to all you need is a website so long as you keep prices up to date;) .

Skywatcher scopes are cheap, well reviewed and live up to the spec so you could become a dealer in them with nothing more than a site. With your inside knowledge Carl you could make a killing for very little outlay.

Some sites in the UK look the biz but support is sh*t and from posts I've seen here I know that support from you would be A1.
