welcome to the home of IFAS!
As it is a public boards, I hope Shane won't mind me mentioning that he lives near Portlaoise, and he could be of service to you. He sometimes comes along to Tullamore AS meetings, about 25 minutes from Portlaoise. Look for him here under "spculleton".

Thanks for the offers of help folks. Unfortunately I couldn't get to Tullamore unless there were weekend meets. If Sean were happy to help I would be grateful. I have the telescope set up but don't seem to be able to align it, and also, cannot get the focus right with the K20 eye-piece. Help!!
