No Seanie. T-9 45 minute hold just confirmed. Launch at 6:51pm EDT 4 hours behind us but 5 hours when one takes Daylight Savings into account. So you are still right 11:51pm Launch.

Looks like the storm cell to the South they were worried
about is heading out to sea but it's being replaced by another
to the North.
