The Albert in question is Albert Etherington.
It would appear from the message on uk astro ads that the companies he is involved in have gone into liquidation.

Gents, I wish you a quick recovery from the extreme cold spell which has hit Ireland and certainly best of luck with the partial solar eclipse.

I was planning to travel for the eclipse but I suspect it is better to stay here in Greece so as to avoid any possible storms and extended airport delays.

Our November and December has been the mildest in 55 years and local professionals are noting that the Gulf Stream seems to have changed its usual flow, thus supposedly explaining our mild winter and the frigid winter further west.
