I looked at it last night under very clear skies with my 15x70mm binoculars, it still is very faint and diffuse, with no noticeable nucleus at all, even M33 appeared brighter and bigger in comparison.

hi everyone! picked the comet up in my 15x70 binos lastnight at 21.45pm. its about mag 7.5! M33 is by far brighter when i compared them and M33 is about mag 5.7, so i was supprised how faint this comet is with all i herd about it. i tried if i could detect it visually and had no luck! but i could just make out M33 amazingly without optic aid! skies were just perfect lasnight for deepsky observing/ before a few showers rolled in of course! who knows this camet might suddenly flare up! clear skies!

well, I tried again wiht the 7x50 binos, and was barely able to see a diffuse glow using averted vision in the location that starrynight says where it should be. No nebulae this time.

I think I got it tonight around 21:15hrs with Bresser 10 X 50's. From the reference chart on
www.heavens-above.com
I checked just now it seems to fit the bill. It looked just like a faint non-distinct globular cluster (but I'm pretty sure it wasn't one).

Beautiful clear night here in Cavn tonight, I had a look at this comet with my 8" SCT at x50 and x100, I have to say it was a dissappointing looking slightly green diffuse blob with very little nucleus to make of, maybe it will brighten....
