In a manner of speaking yes, but I hope mine will be, er, more dramatic by their clumsy-looking nature!
To add, their focusers are fixed - if looking at the zenith, you'll need a step ladder. I plan for mine to allow you to view them standing upright: a simple upwards tilt of your head to the combi-focuser. That way, it will be easier to guide the scope in the altaz motions.

Got a pair today. For €18, it wasn't going to be brain surgery to know a bargain when you see one. Optics are fine. Just try and see through them when in the store as was already mentioned above - make sure there are no 'edges' like red or blue aberration to what you see, and the neither of the eyelets are out of allignment from transport bumps etc.
