Yes I have an astrozap dew heater. Maximum draw is supposed to be 1.18 amp per hour which is very good compared to the Kendricks.
But for this I decided to get an extra 12amp battery.:lol: (the same one as in Maplins I believe but it cost me more then €33 :oops: )

P.S. I take your point that if you can afford to get the 17ah one you should as it will save in the long run.
