Weather Monitor - Aldi was created by michaeloconnell
Anyone else pick up the weather stationin Aldi today? Real nifty little thing.
Has a radio controlled clock, moon rise & set times, sun rise & set times, moonphase, inside and outside temperature & humidity. I put the external sensor in my observatory.

I hope to get one later.

Did you get the vertical or horizontal one. The latter has a little more detail, if I remember correctly (day of the week :P ).

Me too.

Just remember to keep the external sensor out of direct sunlight or you'll get false readings. Also the instrucitons say keep it out of rain, but i've had a similar one for a while and rain didn;t seem to bother it.

I get weather stations as part of work. I keep 'Losing them' so I have one in the car, house, obs and work. Even with them its still easier to stick your head out the door and look up. Tonight the Met Office forecast clear skies  . Cloud, cloud, cloud.
