We'd good clear skies in Belfast tonight
I even got a good look at the comet.
However, as soon as the scope was out and I went to Killylane, 100% cloud crashed in on cue.

One thing I noticed while reading through the manual on the weather station was that it's necessary to calibrate the barometer by setting the correct value once.

You can get the latest reading for your area here;

www.met.ie/latest/reports.asp

One thing worries me though, when I set mine yesterday the pressure was 1025hPa. Met Éireann now says it's 1026hPa, but my station says 1024hPa. Maybe it's just a localised depression.

I'd say an accuracy of +/-0.19% ain't too bad :wink: .
