Aldi/Lidl Due Another Telescope Sale Soon?

Wasnt it around this time every year that Aldi and Lidl used to have scopes in? I seem to remember it being the end of August but I could be wrong, it has been a yearly thing for them for the last 3 or 4 years now hasnt it?

I can't remember about last year, but the previous 3 years it was end of November/first week of December. Thinking of buying one?

Ah right, someone was asking me where to get scopes and I told them to hold off and see whats in Aldi or Lidl soon, I always thought it was the start of Autumn. Dont know if Ill be buying one, if they have a decent sized Dob with push-to or GOTO I don't think Ill be able to resist.

I think it was all Meade last time wasn't it, and yeah they definitely had GOTO's, I dont remember anything bad being said about them here or on Boards.ie at the time either.
