I took the shots around 7.30pm
I didn't use any filters and there was no cloud coverage at that time.
I set the camera to aperture priority and changed the metering to centre-weighted got the camera's meeting which suggestion 1/125s shutter, set the camera to manual mode and shot at 1/100s has the image was not bright enough.
I could have also used choosen an exposure bias of about +0.5EV in aperture priority which should have given the same brightness.
