Absolutely stunning - the kind of material they should show in astronomy classes. You should try to get that published on the Sky at Night magazine CD. Send it off now - don't even think about it.

I used a meade 12"lx200 (my avatar) with a 2x apochromat barlow and an unmodified toucam to generate AVI streams, I experimented with using 5fps and 20, and surprisingly the 20 seemed to give better detail, I used registax to generate a single frame and then used photoshop for processing and the generation of the gif animation, it was the first time I used this photoshop feature so it took some fiddling to get it to work.
BTW, the GRS will be well visible in the next hour or so, have a look if you can.
