:shock: Look at that ! I too have the C80ED Carl, but I did'nt think that this detail could be produced, nice job. The C80ED has an f raito of 7.5, so the crab nebula would be small anyway. You did a fine job, I have no autoguiding, but I imaged Mars and the crab back in September, but the crab is nowhere near as good as yours :wink: This is a slight crop:

Hi keith The 80mm is a great little scope what helped me was the long expoures and the H alpha filter your image is great.
