Is this difference due to:
1.The parallax as your image was taken from Dublin and the other image was taken from another part of the earth many miles away? With such distant objects would this even be a factor?
2.Is there a big time difference between when the two images were taken and the objects have moved( i know this is unlikely but i want to ask).
3.Is it to do with processing and editing of the images?
4. Something i have not thought of?

The images are just orientated slightly differently due to when and where the images are taken.
Dave, thats one cool capture. If you look at Rob's exposure time....12 hours, just take another 6 and a half hours luminance and I am sure you will be completely satisfied . I always use Rob's images jo gauge colour balance.
