Great images Carl, the amount of detail in the clouds is fantastic.
As you say, the seeing is a serious limitation at many locations in Ireland. In attempting to extract maximum detail from my own much more puny efforts, I noticed that the automatic quality rating in Registax does not accord very well with my qualitative visual rating. Manually selecting the best frames gives significantly sharper results. Of course I may be doing something stupid in Registax, but I would be interested to hear your opinion. I used Lynkeos on a Mac to process the same avi files and it did a noticeably better job.
Before clearing your hard disk, consider manually checking each frame in the 600Gb of data .

yea, , the seeing is a real pain the ass, I can see the details are trying to break through the seeing but are been smothered out our damned bad atmosphere here.
