Good catch sir,
How stupid would that look, standing outside under a clear at 3am - but 24 hours late!!!
My original question still stands.
Should I set alarm for 1am or 3am ?

Dunno bout you but im startin bout 12.30am with a HHUUGGGEE flask of coffee!!! :lol: (Assumin it is not cloud im lookin at!! )

Agreed. I actually find the partial phase just as interesting as totality. The total phase is cool and all, but it doesn't change in appearance all that much in an hour. I think it's really cool watching the shadow of the Earth racing across the Moon, blanketing crater after crater in darkness.
