Dave G(rennan) - that looks the business but any ideas how I would keep the wheel on it? I was thinking of a few washers then hammer one end so it won't pull through... Any better suggestions?
Michael - I was thinking alloys too but I reckon Cowen would have me for VRT and I'd have to get an NCT evry two years...
Any adea where I'd get bearings if the tube thing didn't work out?
And I'm still looking into Castormart - they may have an all-in-one solution.

Drill a small hole thro' the 1" tube and drop in a washer and a split pin - that'll hold.
