worked fine for me in firefox. played through firefox.

Hmmm. I use Firefox and I see the same behaviour as Dave L in that Quicktime won;t play the file. But if I download it it plays in iTunes ok....

I've not used Explorer for a while but I know it plays Quicktime stuff OK.

What's going wrong? Any ideas?

Dave

The forecast for next Saturday looks OK. Poor weather all week, but looks like it's going to break for Saturday night. No Rain, 3% cloud. Check out Metcheck.com.
Also the moon will be about 17 deg in the East SouthEast.
Hope this forecast holds (7 days is a bit long).

I've just been outside for about half an hour looking for Perseids. Saw 7 in that time, plus 1 sporadic. All were pretty bright - around mag 0.

I thought it was going to be a waste of time with the almost full Moon, and the fact that I live in a suburb of Dublin, where the limiting naked eye magnitude is only +3 on a good night. So I was pretty happy with seeing 8 meteors! And the peak isn't till tomorrow! :D

It's worse than that, it's physics Jim!
