Feedback on the new site

Feedback:

1. I'm finding response time is much slower than it used to be

2. On the old site, you could get email alerts for new topic posts. How do I do this for the new site? (I get the emails for new posts to existing topics I've subscribed too).

We have done some optimizations on the forum today so it should be better than yesterday.
Hopefully we can find a few more optimizations to make it faster but we probably won't be able to make it as fast as the older boards but we do have alot more features to offer, so there is a bit of trade off

Hi,

We have partially fixed the IE6/IE7 issue except that images that are too large for the page throw off the widths. We are still working on a fix for that.

Ranks should all be fixed now.

Another issue fixed: The time of a post is changed from "Post since" to the "Time of Post"
Timezones have been set to GMT for all users, users can change their timezones individually in their profiles.

Addendum

*Make the

box a different colour shade to seperate its text from the body of the post.
*When replying to posts, layout become slightly too large right-side of screen i.e. as if too large an image is included somewhere. Appears fine when I go back in to edit the same reply/post.
