Feedback on the new site

guys, I find the search function of the site extreemly limiting, almost useless.

I know of posts placed 6 months ago but cant find them. there is no control as to how far back the search goes or if i want to search for posts by user. for this site with it huge archive of valueable information, thats a big blow.

Oh indeed Seanie, I well understand.Just adding to the list to give the good lads an idea of the outstanding issues.
Tried the search function btw, but it's currently a little limited, as fguihen just testified to.

Just a small bug I've noticed the odd time is
when I log in and look at a recent post and say
it has 4 pages to it.
I am automatically taken to the last post but
if I click previous post or one of the numbers
donating one of the previous pages it still reverts to the
page I'm on.

That's a strange one, sounds like a broken link problem.

Fixed. Character limit changed from 50 to 65 for subject lines.

ive exprienced this also. in some posts,where there is only a page of posts ( defo not two pages of posts) there is still a link to page 2 of the thread, even though there are no posts. it just brings you back to your current page.
