Interesting, just got a txt from aurorachasers saying the alert was downgraded Kp5.67

I just got another one from calsky
Geomagnetic Warning: Potentially Aurora overhead
Current geomagnetical activity: Kp-Index=9 (on a scale from 0-9); extreme storm activity...lets hope its active when dark.

It could last a few days on one CME. Another CME is heading for Earth and it could intensify the ongoing storm when it strikes. So if you missed this morning's display--many people did miss it because of morning sunlight--you might get another chance tonight
