Cheers, its the first time to buy anything off them as they are not near my house !

This is for anyone who missed out on the ETX like me. The manager at the Lidl I went to said that if enough people call their headquarters still wanting one of the specials they will do a rerun if they can get the stock.

Call freephone 1-800-347447 and tell them your five brothers want them for Xmas.

I got someone to go to lidl for me this morning as i am in work. they were sold out when they arrived there at 9.15. apparently there was people there from 8 am this morning. didn't think there would be that much interest in finglas.

Managed to purchase one for myself. Still in the box- unfortunately I had to work... can't wait to try it out.

About 6 years ago I purchased a Tasco 8" reflector- you can imagine my disappointment- shaky tripod, C**p viewfinder- and it cost me £215.00. That's what I got for too much enthusiasm and not enough research!!

Having said that, with a lot of persistence I got a lot of use from that scope- and I can still remember seeing Saturns rings for the first time.

Today I feel like I can finally put the Tasco debacle to rest!

I cant find the 70 model? is it released as another model number for the usa??
