What do you drive Mr. Euronymous, Sir and may I have the pleasure of waxing your car at any time of your choosing?

One reason we all get along so well is that we are twisted to the same extreme. The sole exception is Mr. Euronymous, Sir!

I used to swim for an hour, 4-5 days a week and also do 40-60mins cardio vascular on a hand cycle (cuz me legs dont work). Then a yr and a half ago i got cellulitis in my foot which took 6 months to heal, so i couldnt swim or do the cycle (cuz the friction of my foot on the floor would aggrivate the infection). So for 6 months i did no exercise and i started to put on weight again. In the last yr i have started and stopped swimming and the cardio. Its hard to get back into a routine after neglecting it for so long......(add to that a family tragedy) and its even harder to get motivated again
But i have started the cardio again in the last couple of weeks cuz i've just piled on the pounds in the last 18mths. I intend to get back to swimming too in the near future.
In the past through the swimming and cardio (and eating healthier) i lost 3.5 stone in 6 months.................so i am setting that as my target. Hopefully by the summer i will look a bit better in my bikini on the beach.
Also i dont do as much archery as i used to. That was a complete upper body workout when you are drawing back a bow string with 100lbs weight on it for a couple of hours a day.
Think i'll start bench pressing with my scope (Thats the astronomy part of my post).
