One way I found of trying to get abit of exercise is to do step aerobics while carrying heavy metal weights at night, to the uninitiated you might think Im just carrying eyepieces up the ladder to the eyepiece of the scope. . .
So that explains the leopard-skin leotard you were wearing at the last observing session.....

Michael, You'd wanna be carefull with those stainless stell looking truss poles on you scope, you might find some exotic dancers mistaking them for something else.... :lol:

In other words, spend an afternoon running around the Irish countryside chasing a pack of beagles who are chasing a hare (usually in circles).

Train the dogs to chase the people. Much more fun to watch!
