I had the same concerns earlier on today. Checked it by pressing the triangles against a flat surface and there's a few mm clearance, so no worries there.Nice piece of work, you'd want to make sure that those steel bolts cant touch the mirror (the ones in the centres of the triangles), it might be worth counter sinking them a few millimetres.
I still need to get the sling material, varnish the wood and put in the support bolts to stop the mirror from falling out.

If I were you I would dismantle the triangles of timber the mirror is going to
rest on and varnish first.
Actually I would Varnish them a few times.
Then use Vaseline on the bolts when you assemble it again
so when they cut into the varnished inside of the hole so they will seal it as they go.
The last place you want any kind of warping or moisture seepage is there
and it's probably one of the places it will form due to the col steel bieng next to the timber.

What do you have between the triangles and the bar to allow the triangle to wiggle a bit. It looks like the gutter bolt is very tight against the triangles
