An h-alpha system with 200mm aperture and a bandpass at <0.55A for under $5k is a steal. This will kill Meade/Coronado's market.

I recently got the chance to look through a 0.2A filter. Views were simply stunning. As good as any image I've ever seen. :shock:

Hi all
Has anyone checked out these solar scopes? They are offering a 60mm scope with a bandpass of 0.8 angstroms for $899 at OPT. Markus at APM is offering one for €899. The PST is €719, the extra 20mm more than makes up for the extra €180.
