Two new products announced:

60mm f/10 H-alpha scope
Bandpass <0.8A
Price=$899

60mm f/10 CaK scope
Bandpass <2.4A
Price=$795
Primarily an imaging system.

Basically, 60mm PSTs.

That is one fantastic price.

I noticed that one of the Lunt guys is Russ Tanton. Wasn't he one of the technical guys over at Coronado? I've heard people sing his praises at CN on a number of occasions.

If they can release at that price they've really raised the bar!

What I'd ideally like them to do is release a kit consisting of a ERF and a H-alpha unit.
That way, you can select a ERF (energy rejection unit) over the front of your scope and a h-alpha system in the back in the focuser.

50mm front-mount H-alpha filter <0.75A
Double-stacking will result in <0.55A.
