If you look at my avatar, you can see the silver 300D lying at the lower left end of the scope where the eyepiece would normally be, the part inbetween it and the main tube of the scope is the flip mirror, you can see the centering eyepiece pointing up.
Ahh, I see now. The centering eyepiece is the key.
