First impression for me tells me its the crab.
I's also like to see the un-enlarged version.

I also do NOT see it as the Crab Nebula. I suspect it may be M76, the planetary nebula in Perseus, and which is also known as the Little Dumbbell. Here is a version of M76:

.
Any idea in which part of the sky you were shooting at?

I was looking in the general area of the seven sisters (Plieades) which is in Taurus. The Crab nebula is also in Taurus. So maybe just maybe. I also thought that it might be the Cocoon nebula, but i'm not even sure where that is although i have seen pics of it a few times.

The Cocoon Nebula is in Cygnus and it is way past its "prime" for this year. If you were shooting in Taurus, then the Crab Nebula is the most obvious possibility. Any idea what your image scale is so that we can derive the apparent dimensions of this mystery object?
The Crab Nebula is about 6.5'x5.0' ... knowing your image scale, you can easily measure the apparent size of your object so as to see how close it comes to that for M1.

I cant be 100% sure if i took the pic while looking towards the seven sisters.
M76 is looking like a STRONG contender:
