Hi Dave,
long time, no hear, hope you're doing ok.
Registration on Friday occurs after 7:30pm, with the first lecture (by John Lally) at 8:30pm. After that, visitors can come and go as they please, but (hopefully) weather permitting, we'll have an observing session from the grounds.
On Saturday, registration starts from 9:30am, with the first lecture at 10am.
The programme will be up very soon, I am just awaiting responses from some of the speakers re: their preferred/available time slots.

Accommodation
Accommodation is all booked up in Annaharvey so far (for those who have been PMing me!), however, the closest B&B, Barony House (2 miles away), does have a couple of rooms avaiable (057 9351157). There is also an accommodation list on the TAS website as outlined already.
Cheers,
Seanie.

Displays and Exhibits
TAS will have a couple of display boards on offer for visitors to add to them anything astronomical. Be it astrophotography, posters, astro art - whatever - they are there to be used by you!
