Perhap because light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

I saw the clip. Raman Watkins is probably applying a rudimentory form of remote viewing. (a visualization technique). This is nothing new. Back in the 1970s, scientists Hal Putoff and Charles Tart at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) discovered this technique of remote viewing when applied within laboratory controlled conditions.

The US military started a secret programme in Remote Viewing (RV) back in the late 1970s when they realised that the Russians had a mature PSI programme within their military, it was only by the 1990s the public heard about it through ex military RVs

During the first Gulf War the US military contracted a company called PSI TECH to find out locations of Iraqs silos using the RV techniques.

RV methodologies are well proven and there are many scientific peered revieved papers in the field. (eg. Journal of Scientific Exploration)

RV has been applied to vector in UFOs, and this is the most likely example that Raman Watkins did. There are very few people that can apply this methodology. It takes some discipline to develop the techniques. Regarding his religious background is helpful as a tool within consciousness using pure intention (setting aside the ego). This is practiced within Eastern religions. However, you don't need a religious background to vector in UFOs, anybody can do it.

Regarding predictability of UFOs. There is one theory called the 'Astronautical Theory' ( First prize winner in NIDS essay competition) that provides windows of opportunity when events may occur at specific locations. It has been tested successfully many times at different locations. eg.'Project Hessdalen' There is one peer reviewed scientific paper that came out within SETI. Funding is a huge problem with this subject.

The breakthrough on the subject of UFOs will only come about by applying both scientific and experiential techniiques. ie. instrumentation and RV methodologies. Because science is mechanistic in approach, the missing link for establishing the existence for UFOs is the experiential. Unfortunately, this is not taught at University. May be at the end of this century there will be departments of 'Science of Consciousness' throughout the world.

Raman Watkins claims are nothing new. If you ever saw the Carlton TV documentary " WE ARE NOT ALONE" back in 1997 on ITV, there was a serious attempt of caturing UFOs on camera, the documentary showed remote viewing techniques applied successfully vectoring in 3 ufos to the location where the TV cameras were positioned. Unfortunately , the editors back in London had some difficulties in digesting this event.
