IFAS Astrophotography Workshop - Nov 14th - Dunsink

Just getting around to saying thanks and well done with the astrophotography workshop last Saturday. I learned a lot and I am clearer on the equipment choices I need to make. The hands on session in the afternoon was very informative - just seeing how the processing worked de-mystified the issue for me.

Thanks to the girls for the great food (lovely tea) and getting a chance to use the observatory was a great ending to the day. Well done all round!

Heya All!

Just wondering if there may be another Astrophotography Workshop going on any time soon?

This may be a good idea in the next couple of months maybe? Seeing 1) some couldn't make the trip the last time and 2) there's bound to be a new clutch of DSLR's on the go now, especially with the new Canon 500D...
