Helloz All!
John Murphy I'm very glad to meet you up there.
You know well how to enjoy time with friends even if
it is cloudy and wet as the first night!
I'm sure that my astronomy family and myself of course
would like to meet you again.
And as for the cloud called "Milky Way" here is my favourite photo

by Aris Mylonas taken on 2/5/08.
From same "Irish Guest Weekend" milky way by a talented friend
from Sparta, Panagiotis Nikolakakos:

Well make sure you look after Frank when he gets there and ensure that he spends some time photographing Sagitarius and Scorpius. Make him take time out for photography, it is my only regret that I didn't spend more time on it - but then I'd have missed all the fun with you guys, and the chance to enjoy so many views theough all the scopes.
Clear Skies,
John Murphy

Wow, that is one beautiful image Vagelis. I am so disappointed not to be coming and looking at all those great pics is making me wonder if I made the right decision
I really don't think my leg is up to it yet tho (if you remember I was on crutches for nearly 6 months & still walk a bit like a penguin) but oh it does look good......

John,
this vixen of mine could be Frank's for two nights so I can be
a rover astronomer for one weekend
Do you remember the crowd around this telescope and Leon
said: "Dave Lillis has the same for a finder!"
As for your regrets don't worry I'm sure you'll come back soon!
