I am sick of processing at this stage. I have reworked this so many times trying to get the best from it. With only four shots to work with this is as much as I can do with my limited experience. At least I have managed to keep as much of Scorpius in the shot as possible.

PJ I feel so lucky that this scope was my final choice as my first one!
Crowds of people around you wait to let them see through
Dave Lillis's finder! (As Leon told)
"Will you be Eclipsed?"

Yes, PJ. Yannis's telescope.
It looks like a beast of a scope. Yanni's one is also an 8"?
What kind of mount is it on?

Reading this report, I am getting soooo excited about this trip.
I am thinking how I can make a tracking platform to bring with me so I can capture one of those magnificent milky way vistas. I am sure I can come up with a simple tracker platform which will allow me to mount my camera and track even for a short couple of minutes. It doesnt even have to be super accurate on the basis that any tracking is better than none.
Something like this is what I am thinking;

John.
Thanks for your god commends about my construction and the wonderful photo.
From my own mistake you understand that the mirror is l/30 instead of the correct l/13.
For more photos of my telescope construction (The reviews are in Greek but has the published photographs).
