I think from talking to Carl, that from now on, all Celestron produces purchased from anybody in the Island of Ireland will come through Astronomy Ireland. This contract was signed only recently with David Hinds.

Astronomy Ireland are now the distributor of Celestron in Ireland as well as selling direct to the public.

Conns are now supplied by Astronomy Ireland. AI hopes to open some more dealerships around the country just like Conns.

Carl - how can Conns sell the Celestron Nexstar 8 at E500 less than AI? Unless of course the price from AI quoted in a previous post here is incorrect.

I think Conns got an introductory shipment at a veryt special price from hinds. Get 'em while they're going guys!

Pity they don't sell direct to Ireland. They had some very good deals before Xmas and I see some items on spring sale. An RC? Whats the odds on a lottery win
